Our Executive Chef, Chris, is an essential team member, and has been with the Chalet from the very beginning. Chris brings 25+ years of experience and a lifetime of experimenting in the kitchen and enjoying food. He made the decision to become a chef in his teenage years and has pursued this passion ever since. Chris trained under the Master Chefs at the Upper Canada Chef Society, where he perfected the skills he shares with us today.
You can find Chris at the Chalet every day, ensuring you have a tailor-made culinary experience like none other in Revelstoke. He’s passionate about sharing his love of food and hospitality and familiarizes himself with your likes and dislikes in order to create a custom menu for your stay. Breakfast is served as early as you need to ensure you make those first tracks on the mountain. For those looking for a slower morning, we are always around to put on a fresh pot for whenever you choose to rouse.
Lunch and après ski food and drinks are served at your convenience once you’ve arrived back at the Chalet. Refuel with fresh fruit, snacks, and the finest glacial water available at the bar around the clock.
Our well-stocked bar has been thoughtfully curated by the fabulous palate of our Chalet manager, Joel. Enjoy classic Caesars in the morning and perfectly paired wines and cocktails in the evening. Our servers have bartending knowledge and will happily mix your favourite cocktails and pour your desired soft drinks. Just let us know your drink of choice, and we’ll have everything on ice when you arrive.
